Brilliant video as usual. I only have one tiny criticism. This constant reference to 'scran'. In reference to food. I'm from the UK myself, so know about regional dialects. For me though, that one word, is a massive irritation. I'm sure I'm not the only one. If it were only used on the odd occasion, then it wouldn't be annoying. Just seems forced.

The first 11 miles at nearly 4 mph if you started at 12 and it was 2.50pm at that mark, wow. I'm lucky these days if I hit 2.5mph on the flat and I've been known to reach the heady heights of 1 mph in the hills 😂😂😆 Fantastic, loving this.
